Refund policy

At Pink Moon, each product is handcrafted in small batches and designed with intention, artistry, and care. Because our collections include personal care and fragrance products, and for the health and safety of our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened, used, or unsealed.


Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery at support@welovepinkmoon.org with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll gladly issue a replacement or store credit for the affected item (excluding shipping).


Final Sale Items

All sale items, promotional bundles, and limited-edition releases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


Cancellations

Because each order is handcrafted and prepared with care, we do not accept order cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. Please review your selections carefully before completing checkout.

Shipping & Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout.

Pink Moon is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost once the package is received back at our facility.

We are unable to reroute or refund packages once they have been shipped.
