Pink Moon Shipping Policy

At Pink Moon, each order is carefully packaged and fulfilled with care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. We currently ship using USPS and UPS within the United States.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods such as launches or sales events, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and carrier selection (USPS or UPS).

We offer both standard and expedited options for most destinations.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

 

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

Pink Moon is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the reshipment cost.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by USPS or UPS, Pink Moon is not liable for lost or stolen items.

If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim using your tracking information.

Our team will gladly assist with any documentation needed to support your claim.

 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@welovepinkmoon.org with your order number and photos of the damage.

We’ll quickly review and provide a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
